Brainstorming #1 – How to Have More Participation in the Garden from ALL Gardeners:
- Have more flexible scheduling work nights (ex: 5-7 on a Wed?)
- To be very clear w/expectations for participants' requirements
- Allow “honor system” –people who can’t join workdays complete their assigned tasks independently
- Share bounty – make donations of produce etc. foodbank
- Use it or lose it
- Barter food/work
- Reminders – sing up ahead
- Childcare
- New website
